Going Viral Festival
Connie is a mother. Connie is trying to sell girl scout cookies for her daughter in the middle of a pandemic. Connie has more coming at her than she expects. An exciting interactive adventure where you help choose what happens next!
When corona began to hit, Eleanor Safer and Paige Zubel didn’t want to stop making art. Turns out, a lot of people didn’t want to stop making art. So we created a five day short play festival on Facebook Live. And we were shocked by the response! People were so excited to see it and we received lots of emails from folks asking to be a part of it.
Now, partnered with director, Shamus Hunter McCarty, we’ve created the company Maladjusted and decided to expand that festival as our company’s first producing event.
Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7pm, join us for a short, digital play. They’ll be streamed right here to Facebook Live. And then on Saturdays at 7pm, join us for a continuing choose your own adventure series where you decide what the characters do next. This story will continue every week, so make sure you keep up with the episodes! Don’t worry, if you can’t catch it live, we’ll leave all our videos posted right here!
We’re so excited to be making art in this hard time. We hope you’ll join us!
